Physical Activities that can be done at home
Please find a list of links to a number of activities and ideas to use to keep active over this time of uncertainty. There may be periods of time over the coming weeks where we won’t be able to go outside as much as we would like but it is during this time that it is still important to remain as active as possible to maintain physical and mental wellbeing during this tough time.
I suggest that children explore the activities shared and find things that suit them. Children/parents may have their own ideas which is great so please continue to use them but do feel free to share these ideas with fellow pupils.
